More projects and research:

• Waste management by using a rapid composter can expand urban curbside collection to collect meat and bone products and in as little as 5 to 10 days turn the waste material into a pathogen free high nitrogen bonemeal fertilizer. This reduces urban rodent populations, bear dependence on garbage and community waste management facilities, the cost to operate the composter is less than $200.00 per year and can produce up to a ton of pathogen free fertilizer in five to 10 days.
  

• Plastinated cedar: flame-retard, limit expansion and contraction, colour fixing of natural colour (great for the cedar shake industry).
